All prices on this site are in US Dollars. To purchase jewels, use our secure shopping cart. Items can be added to your cart - the links for the shopping cart are on both the collection pages, and the items' own pages - and then checked out through our secure server (which sends Visa and Mastercard numbers to us securely); or the checkout will take you to Paypal (enabling customers to use Amex, which we cannot otherwise process); or the cart will take your details, and give our address, for mailing checks or money orders. (Please ensure there is sufficient postage to get mailed payments to Canada, especially if you're in the US).
Please ignore the shopping cart's options to increase the quantity of an item - all our vintage jewels are of course unique and are listed individually.
All items on site are subject to prior sale - occasionally there can be a delay in marking items as sold. If an item is already sold, we will of course not charge your credit card, and if payment has been made by paypal, we will refund it immediately.
All prices on site include shipping to your address from Toronto, Canada. (Please note that on all Sale Items, shipping is extra unless otherwise indicated on the sale page). Items are shipped as soon as possible on receipt of Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard, and Paypals; and after checks clear.
Shipping to the USA is by registered and trackable Canadapost Expedited Parcel, the equivalent of US Priority, which guarantees delivery to the US in 4-5 business days. Orders over $1000 go by next day (customs permitting) Fedex Shipping at no extra charge. Smaller orders can be sent by Fedex for an extra US$30 to the US.
Shipping to the rest of the world - we ship worldwide - is by airmail small packet for orders under $500, or for orders over $500, by Fedex (2 or more day delivery, depending on destination). The exceptions to this are shipments to Italy, Russia, and China where we cannot ship orders under $500 without an additional $40 charge to cover registered trackable shipping.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
If a customer should for any reason wish to return any purchase, they must
1) inform N&N Jewelry by email, within 3 days of receiving it, of their decision to return the piece
2) ship the item back to us in its original condition at their own cost. (Important - DO NOT ship back to us before receiving authorization and instructions.)
At the customer's choice we will then provide either
1) a dollar refund minus a re-stocking fee of 20% of the price paid
2) a site credit for the full amount paid (towards purchase of another piece from the N&N site of equal or greater value)
