Reference: Mark, design, construction, and non-use of Sterling date this to 1938-42. The patent for the macanism was filed Nov 1936 and granted March 1937 to Marcel Boucher while he was working for Mazer; this is the first piece we have seen showing Boucher took the patent with him to his own firm in March 1937.
